Job Description


Our client requires candidate to Head-Sales & Marketing function. The candidate will be responsible for generation and development of inbound and outbound business opportunities. Successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales & marketing professional selling a Industrial packaging solution, marketing service to blue chip B2B enterprises. The role is focussed purely on new business and is suited to people who are ‘Outcome Oriented’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

The position will be responsible to: Chief Operating Officer.
External relationships: Blue chip and SME clients. Director level on both Marketing and Technical teams
Internal relationships: Senior Management, Technical Teams, Marketing, Finance and Administration

Candidate will be responsible for Overall P&L responsibility of the business & spot new business opportunities.

Three legs of the role involve.
-Account Management
-Business Development & Marketing Initiatives
-Lead and Cultivate a High Performance Team

Actively manage sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team. Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.

Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.

Candidate will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage, handle complex large pitches and strategies.

Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure.

A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives

Candidate will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.

Keeping abreast of issues affecting Technology Innovation & New Product Development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nationality: Thai
MBA with an Engineering qualification would be ideal.
Good networking skills, Handle institutional customers
Capability to independently manage corporate and institutional customers
Good communication skills - ability to make presentations to Corporates and in Seminars
Flair for conceptual selling and creating new businesses / projects.
